1. ABOUT CURATED-SOULS
Curated Souls is a human-led matchmaking projecT, trading as Curated-Souls.
The First Edition is a limited, free pilot beginning in Berlin. It is designed to explore intentional connection through careful, personal introductions.
2. THE WAITLIST & APPLICATION
Joining the waitlist or completing an application does not guarantee acceptance into the First Edition, an introduction, a date or any future Curated Souls service.
Curated Souls may accept, decline, pause or remove an application at its discretion. We are not required to explain individual selection decisions.
3. Eligibility
To apply, you must:
be at least 18 years old;
provide information that is accurate and not misleading;
be genuinely open to respectful and intentional connection; and
agree to these Terms and the Community Standards.
4. THE FIRST EDITION PILOT
The First Edition is free and experimental. Its format may change as we learn from the experience.
Curated Souls may propose an introduction when we believe there may be meaningful resonance between two applicants. Each person is always free to accept or decline privately, without explanation.
Curated Souls does not promise compatibility, chemistry, a date, a relationship or any other outcome.
5. INTRODUCTIONS & CONTACT DETAILS
Curated Souls will not share your direct contact details or identifiable profile information with another applicant unless you have expressly agreed to the proposed introduction.
If both people agree, Curated Souls may share the agreed contact details so that they can continue their conversation independently.
6. COMMUNITY STANDARDS
All applicants and participants must comply with the Curated Souls Community Standards.
Curated Souls may remove any person from the waitlist or First Edition where we reasonably believe that these standards have been breached.
7. SAFETY & PERSONAL responsibility
Curated Souls does not conduct background checks, criminal-record checks or identity verification unless we explicitly state otherwise.
You remain responsible for your own choices and safety when communicating with or meeting another person. We encourage any in-person meeting to take place in a public setting.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be limited.
8. PRIVACY
Our use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By applying, you acknowledge that you have read it.
9. CHANGES OR END OF THE PILOT
Curated Souls may modify, pause or discontinue the First Edition pilot. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to affected applicants.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the law of that country.
